We offer many options for decorating apparel with your company's logo.
Embroidery |
High quality embroidered apparel begins with a great design and proper logo set-up. This set-up process is called "digitizing" and incurs a one-time set-up fee. Prices may vary depending upon the size and complexity of your design. A typical range is $60 - $90.
This is a common process that results in a professional look for all types of apparel. This process uses thread and needle to stitch the logo into the fabric. Customers will enjoy the long-lasting, professional appearance of embroidery. This process also doesn't require a minimum of product to be embroidered. Keep in mind though, that some detail may be lost from the design in the set-up process.

Screen Printing |
Screen Printed apparel also begins with a great design
and proper artwork. Screen printing is a common process
which filters ink through screens onto fabric materials.
Choosing the correct fabric is the key to a good screen
printed product. Most cotton blends are best. Pricing is determined by number of ink colors used, multiple locations,
and quantity to be produced.
Customers will enjoy this process for a professional appearance
that lasts a significant amount of time with no fading and
clean edges of solid inks. Great option for large quantities. A minimum quantity of 24 is required. |
Thermo Film &
Gorilla Grip
|
Thermo Film and Gorilla Grip are a cad-cut material that is heat pressed onto fabric. This process lasts a significant amount of time with no fading and clean cut edges. This process is an alternative to screen printing because it requires no minimums. Only a limited color selection is available. Special care and washing instructions are required. |
Digital Imaging |
Digital Imaging is a process which prints a transfer sheet which is then heat pressed to fabric materials. This process is good for full color images and is a very cost efficient method for small quantities. This process fades significantly after the first wash, is only good for white or light colored fabrics, and the transfer material may be seen around the artwork. |
